Pre-School classes are taught at Spectrum Sports in an obstacle course setting allowing for perpetual motion.  Boys and girls are introduced to gymnastics progressions and skills in a fun learning method.  We use discovery stations, ending re-enforcers and ending rewards to produce a continuance of want to try/practice and learn new skills on all apparatuses. 
                 
 Wiggler: (18 mo- 2 ¼ yrs)  Wigglers is a 45 minute Activity based gymnastics class.  Parent will have fun assisting their child and start an active healthy lifestyle bonding experience.

BUMPER: (2 ½- 3 ½ yrs)  Bumpers is a 45 minute Co-Ordination based gymnastics class. 

 TROMPER:(3 ½ -4 ½ yrs) Trompers is a 45 minute Pre-building based gymnastics class.

SUPER ROMPER: (4 ½-6 yrs) Super Rompers is a 55 minute Achievement based class.  Gymnasts will be introduced to line drill learning.

Recreational classes are taught at Spectrum Sports in small achievable progressions to achieve the full skill.  Small successes transfer to multiple successes with a happier attitude and better work ethics.   Each Level has required skills to advance that include flexibility, strength, progressions and complete skills.  When these challenges are met they advance to the next Level.
Gymnastics classes are divided into boys and girl classes.
Tumbling classes can be boys and girls or in their own gender.
The class breakdown is as follows;

A new and exciting concept for the young ones who have energy to burn.  We are excited to provide a new concept of instructed open gyms.  Boys and girls in the age range of 3-5 will love this program.  The class is all about activity using games.  This is instructed activity that may includes one of your favorites  games already or new ones that may become one of your favorites.

This 45 minute class will have lesson plans that will make the experience one your child will want to come back to time and time again.  Some of the activities will include Rope-tastics, Relays and Circus.

 Tid Bit Information:
 Program will run as a semesters and will be paid for in that manner
 There are no make-ups or refunds
 You may bring a friend for a fee and advance notice.  The more the merrier in this program.

The exact days and times will be out with our Fall/Winter Schedule.  Sign up will begin at that time.
